H-1B Update: USCIS announced today that they have completed the data entry for all H-B cap-subject petitions filed in April 2015. They will now begin the process of returning H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected by the H-1B lottery. USCIS requests that H-1B petitioners refrain from contacting them about the status of these petitions until receiving either a receipt notice or an unselected petition is returned. Good news for international students – Husbands, wives, and children of F-1 and M-1 international students who have F-2 or M-2 status, may now study part-time at USCIS certified (SEVP) schools.
