As of July 11, 2019, the Trump Administration is set to move forward with nationwide raids on Sunday, July 14, 2019. ICE has indicated that the raids will target individuals who have been ordered deported but still remain in the US. Generally speaking the Administration has indicated that the target of these raids are families that recently crossed the US border. They have also indicated they will take into custody immigrants who happen to be at the sites of any raid, even if that person is not a target of the raid. The ICE raids are expected to take place in at least 10 major cities, but all locations are not known.
ICE agents are not legally allowed to forcibly enter a home unless they have a valid arrest or search warrant. To learn more about your rights, check out the ACLU's Know Your Rights page: https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/immigrants-rights/
