H-1B Update from USCIS

H-1B Update: USCIS announced today that they have completed the data entry for all H-B cap-subject petitions filed in April 2015. They will now begin the process of returning H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected by the H-1B lottery. USCIS requests that H-1B petitioners refrain from contacting them about the status of these petitions until receiving either a receipt notice or an unselected petition is returned. USCIS will make an announcement once it has completed returning unselected petitions. They are not able to provide a time-frame for this process due to the high volume of filings this year.
