Ebola Immigration Relief

The Immigration Service announced that it will offer some additional benefits to nationals of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone who are currently in the US as a humanitarian response to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Most significantly USCIS will accept change of status and extension of status applications from nationals of the above countries, even if the applicant is out of status.
