Military Members and Families Could Face Removal Under Anticipated Policy Changes

The Trump Administration is expected to terminate the policies of deferred action and parole in place for military members and their families by the end of July. These policies were in place under the Bush and Obama administrations and held off deportations for non-citizen service members and their family members for years. The current administration is expected to eliminate these policy exceptions for military and military families. For those impacted by this who are eligible to file for deferred action before the end of July, they should do so.
